Savannah Brinson, LeBron James’ Girlfriend, Harper’s Bazaar Interview Sept. 2010
-Tha Highlife
Clevelanders weren’t the only ones disappointed when LeBron James turned in his Cavaliers jersey and joined Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade to form a modern-day B-Ball Dream Team Down South. King James’ high school sweetheart
Savannah Brinson also wasn’t initially pleased with her longtime love’s move to Miami — and sounded off on uprooting to South Beach — marriage and her relationship with the basketball star — in her first interview, on the pages of the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar, arriving on newsstands Sept. 17.
Savannah and the couple’s young sons LeBron Jr., five, and Bryce Maximus, three, were snapped in The Big Apple in a shoot with Douglas Friedman.
“Personally, Miami was not my favorite place. Vacationing there is great: You go for three days and get some sun, and it’s time to go home. It will definitely be an adjustment, but we’ll make it. We’re not complaining. Whatever LeBron felt was comfortable, I’m with him. I just love him so much. We’re soul mates.”
