• What ignited the spark in you to start a new business venture or to make significant changes in an existing business?
Giti-What ignited my spark was the constant doubting of those around me. In short "the haters made Me"
How did the idea for your business come about?
Giti-The idea for my nightclub VEGAS NIGHTS came to me really. Friends & family brung it to my attention and I went ahead went for it.
•How do you find people to bring into your organization that truly care about the organization the way you do?
Giti- I don't find the people. The people will find you if they really care about what you doing as a project or organization #jusgoogleme
• How important have good employees been to your success?
Giti-good employees have Been great I dnt c my employees as works I see them more as family working for the same cause. Everybody has to work togather for things to go rite #jusgoogleme
• What three pieces of advice would you give to college students who want to become entrepreneurs?
Giti-Three pieces of advice can be summed up in 3 words "just do it" that's the rode to success no matter what keep ya head up in just do what makes you happy.
• If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Giti-If I had the chance I wouldn't take it. The past I had is what made the present you see now.
• What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Giti-Three skills to be a successful entrepreneur would be patients, loyalty, and the power never to give up on what makes you happy.
• What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Giti-I got so many failures its hard to explain but one thing I have learned is that the failures you make or sometimes needed for you to become a better business person or just even a better person in life.
• How long do you stick with an idea before giving up?
Giti- I NEVER GIVE UP. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF YOU BELIEVE
• How many hours do you work a day on average?
Giti- Every hour of my life is work. I'm always thinking of how to better my business even when I'm Sleeping. Few work like I work these days. That's why we succeed. Its not work to me this is my life #jusgoogleme
• Describe/outline your typical day?
Giti-All the people need to know is my typical day is fun and adventures. I'm truley blessed praises all due to the big guy up top. Also watch out "Sweet Dreams Model & Co." the next big thing since Playboy.
