It seems that T.I. could be facing another year in jail after the latest incident involving his wife in West Hollywood.
According to a statement released by Atlanta U.S. Attorney Sally Yates, the self proclaimed “King Of The South,” could be going back to the place he was in just a couple of months ago.

“We are very disappointed in Mr. Harris' recent conduct, we will make our sentencing recommendation at the revocation hearing.”
The rapper and his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle could face up to a year in California state prison, after they were found with ecstasy in West Hollywood on September 1st.
To make matters worse, not only did T.I. fail a drug test when traces of codeine were found in his system, but he was also traveling with a convicted felon named Cortez "C-Rod" Thomas.

T.I.'s probation officer just filed documents in Georgia that say L.A. County Sheriff's deputies found codeine, marijuana and ecstasy in T.I.'s possession during the September 1 arrest.
As we first reported, T.I. had several Styrofoam cups in his Maybach that night (pictured above). Sizzurp -- aka codeine syrup -- is commonly served in Styrofoam cups.
The document also states that T.I. tested positive for opiates the day after the arrest, but does not name a specific drug. Neither marijuana nor ecstasy are opiates.
The trailers for Paranormal Activity 2 have creeped me out more than most entire horror movies have been able to. And as someone who lives for horror movies, that’s saying something. The latest trailer…where do I even begin? Let’s discuss the creepiest moments that I observed, shall we?
First of all, we get a view from the inside of a nursery in the middle of the night. There is a baby cooing and moving around inside of his crib. If a baby is involved, you know it will just go downhill quickly.
Next, we get various “camera views” throughout the house. The images that we see imply that something (or someone) is inside of the house that is not visible via the naked eye.
The trailer should really end there as far as I’m concerned, but alas… we’re back to the baby’s nursery and who do we see? It appears to be none other than Katie Featherson (from Paranormal Activity 1) standing in the doorway of the nursery. By the way, the character’s name is also the name of the actual actress!
This trailer is exactly like the previously released trailer, except for one thing…there is an “easter egg” featuring the baby in the crib at the very end; if the version embedded in this post does not display the extra footage, you may have to visit the movie website in order to view it. Be sure to use your mouse/keypad to get different angles of the room…if you’re that bold.
One more thing. Did anyone else notice at the very end when you look through the mirror and see the baby standing in his crib dancing, that you DON’T see him in the actual crib in his room anymore?

Turns out since 2002 people have been getting more and more high and the rate of illegal drug use rose last year to the highest level in nearly a decade, fueled by a sharp increase in marijuana use and a surge in ecstasy and methamphetamine abuse, the government reported Wednesday.
Gil Kerlikowske, the director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, called the 9 percent increase in drug use disappointing but said he was not surprised given "eroding attitudes" about the perception of harm from illegal drugs and the growing number of states approving medicinal marijuana.
"I think all of the attention and the focus of calling marijuana medicine has sent the absolute wrong message to our young people," Kerlikowske said in an interview.
The annual report from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration found marijuana use rose by 8 percent and remained the most commonly used drug.

Amid an atmosphere of unease, President Barack Obama wants Americans to mark the ninth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks by recapturing the sense of common purpose felt on that dreadful day.
"If there is a lesson to be drawn on this anniversary, it is this: We are one nation -- one people -- bound not only by grief, but by a set of common ideals," the president said Saturday in his weekly radio and Internet address.

In between tweeting, Soulja Boy has released a new single from his upcoming album Dre, entitled "Speakers Going Ham." The Boi-1Da-produced cut is defintely a step-up for Soulja.

It has been told bye sources that running back Reggie Bush, of the New Orleans Saints football team, is expected to be stripped of college football’s top honor: The Heisman Trophy.
If Reggie Bush’s trophy is taken away he will the first player in the 75-year history of the award to have it taken away. Back in June the NCAA ruled while Reggie Bush was playing for the University of Southern California he committed multiple violations by accepting cash, gifts and other impermissible benefits while playing for the Trojans.
Reggie is not the only one facing sanction for this incident, USC has been stripped of their last two wins from the 2004 season, all their wins from the 2005 season, including the 2005 Orange Bowl, have been banned from bowl games in 2010 and 2011 and will lose 30 scholarships over three years.
The NCAA and the Heisman Trust have been both investigating this situation.

Chris Brown began his Labor Day weekend by hosting a party at Lux Miami Beach on Friday (Sept. 3rd). He performed his number #1 hit “Deuces” as well as “Transform Ya”. Like a true entertainer, a stage was not required for Chris to give the audience a complete experience. He performed the dance routine for both songs while inside the DJ booth! He even did the Dougie for the lively crowd.
Other party goers included Basketball Wives’ stars Jennifer and Eric Williams, Al Reynolds, and the Dallas Mavericks Shawn Marion.

T.I. and his new wife, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, were arrested in Los Angeles Wednesday (September 1), when cops allegedly found weed in their vehicle.
According to TMZ, the rapper (real name: Clifford Harris Jr.) and Tiny were pulled over by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday evening while driving down Sunset Blvd in a Mercedes Maybach.
Deputies said they noticed a strong odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle, so they did a full search and both T.I. and Tiny were pulled out and arrested.
The charge, according to the site, was possession of a controlled substance. It's unclear how much marijuana was found, or if another substance was found.
At the time of this report, both were still in custody, but a bail amount was set at $10,000, so they should be released shortly.
TIP and Tiny recently tied the knot in Miami in late July, in a secret ceremony at the Miami Beach courthouse, after which they celebrate on a private island near Miami, followed two more days of partying.
In the latest issue of People magazine, Usher admits what we already knew–his marriage to cougar Tameka Foster just wasn’t going to work.
“I appreciate the relationship for what it was,” he says. “Even though it didn’t work out, I’m glad we got together. I love her as the mother of my children; we just couldn’t be married.”
So what happened? Well, according to the R&B singer they fought over everything from parenting to his hectic schedule.
“We’re two different people,” he says, “and we have two different goals. It just was never going to work out 100 percent.”
